Even though the Holy Spirit is as invisible as the wind, the Spirit is always with us, and we can see evidence of its passing through the changes in our hearts, minds, and lives.

Copy the image on window decal sheets (8-1/2 by 11 inches is probably best, but you might want to try two to a sheet).

Cut the flame from transparent formex film or from a red holographic sheet.

Mark the dots with glitter glue with a fine-tip nozzle or dot it on with toothpicks. (I like Elmer's 3D glitter glue.) Run a bead of glitter glue around the flame.

And rejoice in a God who is all-powerful and always present.
