Christ the King Sunday

I Pray that the Eyes of Your Heart May Be Enlightened

Ephesians 1: 18

As Christians, we wear our hearts on our sleeves, as we witness to the goodness of God and his presence in our hearts.

Paint small pieces of balsa wood from the craft store with acrylic paint in various colors, and stack them to make heart shapes. For the smallest children, you may want to paint the pieces ahead of time.

The older children may want to add detail and rhinestones.

Use tacky glue or a glue gun to glue the pieces together. Glue on a pin back (a glue gun is best here) from the bead or craft store.
