Christians have looked forward to the Second Coming of Christ since Jesus' first lifetime on earth.

Copy the cover on white card stock and make the trumpet from gold or silver paper or cardboard.

Make a banner to hang from the trumpet from lightweight paper or cloth.

What word will the chief angel shout? It might be "Arise!" or it might be a totally different word.

Letter the word on the banner, and hang the banner from the trumpet.

An older class might want to make an abstract painting of what the Last Day will sound like. Alexei Jawlensky painted a series on the sound of the church bells that he could see through his window. How will the sounds of the Last Day look?
